Life will go on
this is fact
not belief
If no one cared
who came last
who was first
Life goes on
we're not more than a blip
in this vast universe
The world will never revolve
concentrate attention
on neither you or me
though some believe it does
as ridiculous
as it may seem
But I continue on
with my desire
my own lone drive
to obtain what I dream
all thrills, all love
all to fulfill my life
You'll only get so far
with friends
depending on such support
In the end we are left
with ourselves
driven from our inner core
deep down reaching
making valiant efforts
more and more
The work is worth it
we'll earn it
though tired, though sore
We will look on these days
as we reached farther
beyond and above
Left with nothing more to drive us
but one common goal
and the power of love
